Financial Support Scheme (FAS)

Singapore Citizens who need help with school fees can apply for MOE's Financial Assistance Scheme via Parents Gateway or the e-FAS form.

Singapore Citizens in financial need can get assistance from MOE on school fees and other expenses. Parents who wish to know more about MOE FAS can access the MOE website at https://www.moe.gov.sg/financial-matters/financial-assistance.. Parents can apply for MOE FAS using the e-FAS form, which is available on Parents Gateway (under Services tab – Financial Assistance) using Singpass login or via the following link https://go.gov.sg/moe-efas.

Those who do not meet the qualifying criteria for the MOE FAS may also apply for school-based assistance. Please approach the school for more information on school-based FAS.
