Singapore Citizens facing financial need can apply for MOE FAS to get help with school fees and costs. Apply via FormSG or contact the General Office for support.
MOE FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE SCHEME (FAS)
Singapore Citizens in financial need can receive assistance with school fees and other expenses. The FAS may be funded by MOE or the school.

MOE FAS Application Exercise 2027
The MOE Financial Assistance Scheme (FAS) application is now open for 2027.
Please apply for 2027 MOE FAS via the new Student Finance System (SFS) e-Services portal using Singpass, through:
Parents Gateway app (Services -> Financial Assistance) or
If you need assistance with the application, please refer to the self-help guide available in SFS or the General Office at Tel: 63445025 or email us at broadrick_ss@moe.edu.sg.
Note:
i. If your child is a ComCare recipient, you do not need to submit the application form for MOE FAS as MOE FAS will be auto-granted to ComCare beneficiaries.
ii. Please get ready all soft copy supporting documents to be prepared in advance.
iii. School reserves the right to request any other documents as and when required for the purpose of verifying the income and other status.
SCHOOL-BASED FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE SCHEME (SBFAS)
Students who are not eligible for MOE FAS in their application will be considered for SBFAS by the school if they are eligible. If you require any assistance, you may approach the school's General Office for further information and assistance.
Applicants will be informed by the school of the outcome.
