Sustainability in Broadrick

Our Objectives

  • Equip students with essential skills and mindset to become innovative changemakers.

  • Encourage creative problem-solving through STEM to address global issues related to energy and sustainability.

Tier 1 – Foundational Exposure (Sec 1 - 2) :

  • Hands-on learning through Geography and Design & Technology lessons.

  • Code for Fun programme by IMDA (tailored for secondary schools).

  • Focus on applying knowledge in real-world contexts.

  • Projects address authentic challenges, especially in sustainable living.

Tier 2 – Advanced Opportunities (Sec 3):

  • For students with strong interest and aptitude.

  • Selected to represent the school in external programmes and competitions, including:

  • Young Scientists Sustainability Championship

  • NIE/NTU Knowledge Building Design Studio Programme
