Robotics Club

The Robotics Club aims to spark students’ interest in Robotics and IT (Information Technology) in a fun and innovative manner. More importantly, the club provides an avenue for students to foster analytical thinking and creativity, as they are given opportunities to explore educational robotics through collaborative challenge-based exercises. Members are taught the basic operations of a robot in their first year and are then exposed to solar cars, VEX and LEGO robotics in the subsequent years. They then select an area of specialisation and compete in prestigious competitions such as the Singapore Robotics Games, National Junior Solar Sprint Competition and Defence Science and Technology Agency (DSTA) – East Zone Robotics Challenge. Teachers-In-Charge:

  • Mr Micheal Foong (I/C)

  • Ms Noor Hafizah (2nd I/C)
